“What’s your BIGGEST fear with relationships?” “Not being ENOUGH”

This is what I’ve been hearing from you, that you won’t be “enough”.⁣⁣

• ⁣⁣I know you’ve felt unsafe, unloved, disappointed, frustrated, and filled with a lot of insecurities when it has come to your relationships.⁣⁣

1) SHIFT, SHIFT, SHIFT: Shift your limiting thoughts! You are MORE than enough. You are good enough just because you are YOU. That’s it. You don’t need anything more than that. Everything you say and DO, is enough.⁣⁣

2) TAP INTO YOUR HIGHER SELF: Drop your shoulders, take a few deep breathes, and embody her now. Your higher self is patient, calm, nurturing, loving, and TRUSTS HERSELF. Oh mylantaa does she trust herself! She doesn’t second guess, she KNOWS what next move she has to take. She glows and is so confident in her skin. She steps into her power and OWNS IT.⁣⁣

3) HEAL + FORGIVE: Holding onto what’s happened in the past isn’t going to help you create something new for yourself in the present moment and in the future. Let. It. Go. What we focus on, expands. Focus on healing, focus on forgiving, and then drop the past like it’s HOT!⁣⁣
